I received the product with a defect , the watermelon bag zip had no handle to pull the zip to and forth . This not acceptable. Instead of going through return and getting another piece exchanged , I fixed it up myself. While packing the product the attitude is so casual !!!!! At least check out if everything is alright before sending ,very good.I really like this bag. the color is very nice of this bag. i will recommend this bag to all.The size of the lunch bag is too big for the small boxes inside. The bag really disappointed me .the bag is bit tore from 1 side, but still i am using it.
